    Computing - Changing Costumes

    Year 3 learnt how to make their programs look more interesting by having sprites that could change costumes. They had to learn how to do this and how to include it in their code to happen at certain times. They also considered backgrounds to create a story or band scene.

    Today, Year 3 considered the importance of some code needing to be in a certain order. The children were challenged with ordering notes so that they could work out this well known song.

    Music - Notes E and D

    Year 3 learnt how to accurately learn and perform songs using both of the notes E and D. They needed to follow along with sheet music to ensure they played the right note at the right time. They played instruments including glockenspiels, xylophones and boomwhackers.
