    Tour of London

    Today we were very fortunate to have a guided tour of London. We embraced the houses of Parliament, Parliament square, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham palace and St Paul's. Our wonderful guided dropped some facts bombs and we all learnt something new.

    Tower of London

    We visited the tower of London. We saw the crown jewels, the white tower, which had previous Kings and queens weapons and armour and also the bloody tower, which shares the tragic story of the boys in the Tower and the demise of Walter Raleigh

    Science Museum

    Well what a great adventure we had in the Science museum. The children loved exploring the planes and types of travel on the ground floor...the medicine section which did have to most people's amusement some rather biological models and of course the highlight of the trip... The wonderland. The children loved exploring this amazing part of the museum where they were left to explore paper airplanes, frozen nitrogen, heat sensors and many more. Great fun had by all. Well done year 4

    The Natural.History Museum

    What an interesting day we had in this amazing building. We looked at the development of homosapiens, lave and of course everyone's favourite ...the dinosaurs. We looked at a range of fanatic beasts from the past and enjoyed exploring this wonderful museum. Well done year 4

    Wicked

    Well... What a fantastic show we witnessed tonight. The children absolutely loved Wicked. Moments of shock, awe, wonder and laughter. We were truly lucky to experience this. We had a great time and very lucky... Full disclosure ... Mr Hart didn't know anything about the story before this... Some of the children had to help him understand the plot and the origin story.

    Viking Battle

    Today as part of our Wow day, we had a battle against year 3 who are studying the Anglo-Saxons. The children loved re creating a battle and we had lots of fun...without the slaughter.

    PE - Swimming

    Today in swimming we practiced front crawl. We talked about technique and emphasized how we can breathe using our stroke to help us. Well done year 4.

    Spanish - Retelling of a story

    Today in Spanish we focused on the re telling of a classic story... Little Red Hiding Hood. We had to fill in the blanks from the story as we went in Spanish. !Qué ojos tan grandes tienes abuela!

    PSHE - Genetics

    Today in PSHE we looked at where we came from. We talked about DNA and genetics and how we're all unique. We discussed that genetics make us and how we get traits from our mother and father and their families and how things are passed on... To make us totally unique.
